Bdjack Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on BDJack. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. BDJack may request a national ID or other identification from users at any time for age verification.

Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. If a false name, mobile number, or date of birth is submitted, the account will be suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts on the same device or mobile number is not allowed.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is your own responsibility.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• If an account is registered with false information, bdjack reserves the right to close it at any time.

BDJack currently supports deposits and withdrawals via four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Bdjack may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following situations. Prior notice may not always be given in such cases.

• If multiple accounts are created or used by the same individual.
• If false information is provided at the time of registration.
• Misuse of any bonus or promotion.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• If involvement in any illegal activity is established.
